How to book the Tallow Factory - a large 5 bedroom house in Suffolk

What is included in the price?

The payment you make is fully inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen, bath towels, tea towels

BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property.
  • The Tallow Factory has neighbours close by and therefore is not suitable for late night partying.

Deposit:
A £250 security deposit cheque is payable on arrival and is fully returnable subject to no breakages or damage and adherence to the above points. Any signs of smoking or complaints of late night parties will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Arrival and Departure:
Your holiday starts at 3pm on the first day and ends at 10am on departure date.

Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25% of the full cost of the holiday will secure the selected date, the full cost must be paid within 60 days of the start of the holiday. If you have to cancel your holiday, your initial deposit will be returned minus a £30 administration fee .

Within 60 days of the start date, we can only return your payment if someone else purchases the cancelled date. Any repayments will be minus the administration fee. In the event of a cancellation, you may transfer your booking to another available date but in these circumstances no refunds can be made. Payment may be made by personal cheque (US or UK banks), money order, or by credit card through Paypal. (https://www.paypal.com)
